TrayBien is a specialized tool developed for usage by airline cabin crews who rely on the tray method for drink service.

Upon the initial setup of TrayBien for the Flight Attendant (FA) position and specific aircraft type, the application efficiently manages beverage orders for individual passengers, streamlining the creation of multiple trays required for service delivery. The system operates through a series of screens that enable up to three rounds of service per flight segment.

Alcohol orders are clearly distinguished by red text across all interfaces. In addition, detailed alcohol order summaries for each seat, covering all rounds of service, are provided to facilitate payment collection. The system also supports paid-at-ordering transactions, such as payments made with coupons.

A convenient feature allows for the swift reproduction of a previous order in subsequent rounds, accommodating requests like "I'll have another" without requiring manual recall.

TrayBien retains alcohol codes and other configuration settings across sessions and updates. Noteworthy is the display of the most recent legal drinking age to assist in compliance with legal obligations related to alcohol serving.

The optional "Tray View" feature can be enabled to display seat numbers, minimizing confusion and reducing the likelihood of mix-ups. TrayBien offers a variety of service delivery options to cater to different FA preferences.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends
